Michael specialises in transactional work and in particular commercial property law having over 30 years experience in all aspects of development work involving major commercial property projects often involving options and conditional contracts. He advises clients on all aspects of property ventures including planning agreements, site assembly and disposal including pre-sales and pre-lets. He has a wealth of experience in both commercial and residential development ventures including commercial leases, lease agreements and landlord and tenant law and franchises. He has significant experience in joint ventures and retail mixed-use office and industrial schemes.

Other areas of expertise include lifetime and estate tax planning trusts and related private client work .
