Instructions
If you haven’t sent the ID1 form (Section A) to us yet, follow these steps:
- Download and print an ID1 Form – download here
- Complete Section A by hand and sign at the bottom.
- Email an image of Section A of the form to aconnell@hetts.co.uk or post to: Ashley Connell, Hetts Solicitors, 11 Wells Street, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 6HW
- Once received, our solicitor, Ashley Connell will contact you to arrange a video call via Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom (your preference). Ensure you have your evidence of identification (see the last page of the ID1) to hand. We will need to screenshot this.
- We will post the valid ID1 form back to you.
